We offer excellent compensation package with pension,
benefits along with other great things. We do promote
from within; it is our policy to post job openings
in house prior to going outside the organization.
The
benefit package is quite extensive which you become
eligible after you have completed your probationary
period (three months). Premiums are 100% paid by
the company.
We
also have a Company Pension Plan which, is a participatory
cost based plan - that is, both the employee and
the Company contributes money to the plan. The employee's
contribution goes to an RRSP and the company's contribution
goes to RPP. Due to the contributions being remitted
monthly, you take advantage of dollar cost averaging
as well as the monies in the plan are tax sheltered,
no income tax is paid on pension plan earnings.
Along
with the standard benefits we also offer training
and development. You may speak to your supervisor
for approval on courses that you believe would make
you more knowledgeable about the position you currently
have or one that you are working towards within
the company. The company will reimburse the tuition
fee as long as you fulfill the required criteria.
The course must be pre-approved.
