Track
fleet parts usage with easy to use barcode scanner
makes it so easy to purchase parts from you, why would your fleet go
anywhere else? Keeps inventory up to date at all times, tracks parts
by unit by repair order, and provides one source for all parts needs,
including emergency purchases!
Orders calculate automatically and transmit overnight
to
your ADP or KCSI computer. Orders can also be sent manually as needed. During the business day, the fleet has immediate access to check your inventory for the part he needs, without making a phone call or faxing a request (PC-based version only).
The
fleet can barcode all parts from any source
(not just those purchased from you) to provide complete inventory tracking
and consistent procedures. The fleet order report provides the dealer
with a listing of parts ordered from other suppliers, giving an opportunity
to increase sales.
Several
reports are available to show an audit trail
of all
parts activity, review orders, see total inventory value, list all units,
and track parts usage by repair order.
User-friendly programs
provide online help, computer-based training, and standard "point &
click" navigation. Available in two versions -- access via the Internet OR using software loaded directly on your PC.
Fully
integrated with ADP and KCSI Parts Invoicing
to improve efficiency. Orders automatically create parts quotes, eliminating
the need to key in the orders, and customer pricing is already determined
according to the price code. Print barcode labels automatically or on
demand (for emergency orders).
The
optional Service module allows the fleet to track repair information. Parts, labor and other data can be entered and retained
to determine vehicle maintenance costs.
The
PCs do not have to be purchased from ADP
as long as they meet minimum configuration requirements.

as a standalone system
